I was going to place an order on yaluum.com, had my stuff picked out and everything, but then the payment page just kind of threw me off. It wasn’t super clear where my card info was actually going, and the checkout seemed to jump around in a way that made me pause.

Maybe I’m overthinking it, or maybe it works fine for other people, but once the payment step feels weird, I’m out. I ended up backing out before entering anything because I just didn’t feel comfortable trusting it.

The quality feels really solid overall. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I’m happy with it and it seems like a good buy.

I ordered from yaluum.com the lack of updates was frustrating. I got the initial confirmation email, and then it was basically silence. I ended up having to reach out myself just to figure out what was happening with my order.
The replies took a while and didn’t really clear things up, so I was still left confused. Maybe the product itself is okay, but the communication issue feels totally preventable. I wouldn’t order from them again based on this experience.

I ordered from Yaluum the tracking was all over the place. At first it kept saying my package was still processing, and then out of nowhere it switched to delivered, even though there was nothing at my door. I kept checking because I just wanted some reassurance that my order was actually on the way.

I reached out to customer service, but the replies were vague and basically just told me to wait. That didn’t really help, especially when the tracking already seemed wrong. It made the whole experience feel stressful and hard to trust...

I had a little hiccup with my order and at first I was a bit annoyed because I just wanted it sorted quickly, but I sent a couple messages to support and even though it took a little longer than I expected, they did get back to me, fixed the issue, and everything’s fine now so I can’t really complain

When I first saw the promo code, I thought I was about to get a decent discount. But after applying it, the final price barely changed, so that first impression faded quickly. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but the discounts felt a little misleading. I was expecting a better deal, to be honest

After I placed my order, I figured there would be at least a simple follow-up, but it wasn’t helpful at all!! I ended up having to chase them just to get basic info, and the replies felt super copy-paste, like nobody actually looked into my order!!! Maybe some people have a better experience, but the whole post-purchase side of things was really frustrating for me, and I don’t think I’ll be using Yaluum again!!

The navigation just isn’t clear, and it gets frustrating because everything feels harder to find than it should be. It’s confusing, kind of messy, and just not easy to use

I ordered this based on the description, but what arrived didn’t really match it at all. The size seemed off, and the material felt different from what was listed on the site. Overall I’m happy with what I got for the money

I’m particular about packaging, and this one met my standard. The box was sturdy, everything inside was arranged neatly, and nothing arrived damaged. It just felt like care was actually taken, which I really appreciate.
